Today we take a look at another great backpacking, hiking, camping and SHTF food for the kids. As with most Backpackers Pantry meals, they are an easy meal to include in your bag, just add boiling water and wait while your meal heats and rehydrates. While Alexis and I were not able to try the Fettuccini Alfredo due to allergies, the kids loved the meal and were fighting over the leftovers in the bag, so this was another big win.
